You said: "That’s right; 21,000 fewer jobs in January than in December" I have no way of knowing how you came up with this when the total job numbers created in January was 157000 and 155000 in December? The margin of error is based on employer reporting if they provide garbage reporting then the report is garbage. The +/- 100000 number is used to set expectations.
