Ted Cruz is outstanding. Unfortunately, he will likely remain in the Senate (unless a Republican can win the White House and appoint him to the Supreme Court) because his birth in Canada precludes him from being POTUS. I have some reservations about Sen. Graham. However, we cannot sacrafice safe GOP seats to make a point. That was done last year in Indiana, which now has a newly minted Democratic Senator (in a state Romney carried comfortably). Republicans need to be careful not to nominate sure losers in the General Election (Akin, O'Donnel, Angle, Murdoch). Perhaps if Nikki Haley ran for Graham's Senate seat? If not, Graham is better than any Democrat. We can't have Dem Senators in red states. There are few GOP Senators in blue states.
