"citizenship dissolves once someone takes up arms against the country". Ummm, no. It does not. We were given the right to bear arms against those who would take our freedom. That includes our OWN government. Thomas Jefferson expressed the view that "a little rebellion now and then is a good thing" for America. Would we really have wanted drones used against farmers angry over conditions in Massachusetts in 1786, or the Coal Miner War in West Virginia in the early '20s, or Ruby Ridge or Waco?
