I'm confused. Isn't it a prime argument of the pro-amnesty, pro-"immigration" people that we can't deport the parents of children born in the US, even though the parents came here illegally (applying, of course, to so-called "anchor babies as well)? And the reason behind the argument being that it would seperate children from their parents? So, now we have a family GRANTED ASYLUM by a federal judge, possibly being deported where it is likely that not only will they be seperated from their children, they will also be fined and maybe even imprisoned? And all this while the Obama administration is releasing thousands of CRIMINAL illegals back into our population?
