Also let me state very clearly that Mark Levin is the intellectual force behind the conservative movement today, and he should be offered an honored speaking slot at CPAC every year without fail. His books have re-energized the conservative movement in much the same fashion that Phyllis Schlafly's "A Choice Not An Echo" kicked off the Goldwater campaign which morphed into the Reagan revolution. So how he is not an honored speaker at CPAC is beyond me, but its something CPAC had better fix, and fast, or they rightfully stand the risk of becoming just another tool of the establishment as Craig Shirley suggested.
