Obama-Drama, you are lacking awareness of the homeschool community. Many homeschool parents realize they lack "broad" knowledge. Therefore, they hire tutors, enroll their kids in co-ops, and/or find curriculum which teaches the subject. For example, one can order a complete Latin curriculum which includes a video which provides the lecture material, workbooks, and teacher key. The homeschool parent does not need to be an expert in Latin. The curriculum is designed to be parent/student friendly while providing the student the academic material. Packages such as these have been developed for most subject areas. Again, Obama-Drama your contention holds little water because what a parent lacks can be easily made up for with outside help.
