The problem is that news organizations are staffed with journalists, not REPORTERS. Reporters report the facts of what happened: who, what, when, where, why, etc. Journalists are people who write journals, i.e. diaries of what they think about what happened. Read a newspaper, and ask yourself which category the writers come from.
