This is good news! Too bad no one thought of this Origination Clause requirement when Roberts ruled that Obamacare was a tax. Seems like if someone had, the whole thing would have ended two years ago. And I don't see why it might have been Roberts plan all along to come back and rule against Obamacare because it didn't originate in the House, unless there could have been a good reason why he didn't at least comment on that when he made his ruling. The most likely explanation seems to be that something is wrong with all our brains.
