Like most conservatives, you have somehow become deluded into thinking your opinion is actually a fact. It isn't. The fact in evidence is that the courts have determined marriage is a right. Your opinion otherwise is just wishful thinking...until another court over-rules the first. There is NO indication that ruling is in jeopardy. Of course courts are not infallible. But the fact that a court made a mistake in one case is in no way evidence that it made a mistake in any other case. The merits have to be argued.
