@Tinsldr2: Earlier, I stated that marriage legally resembles a privilege more than the fundamental right the Courts have fallaciously declared it to be. I made a comparison to the similar issue of obtaining a driver's license. You responded by referring to another licensed privilege (public land usage permit) which utterly failed to disprove my point.
You also ignored my question as to whether we are "denying equal protection under the law" to people who have chosen to not apply for the license, yet still demand the privileges.
I'm still waiting for a reasonable response, and no, "because the court said so" is not an valid - the courts are not infallible.
