language is and always has been ambiguous. This ambiguity is what Socrates was trying so hard to emphasize thousands of years ago. Language must be understood intuitively, not literally, such as math. No word can stand on its own, but depends on the meaning of some other word, which itself depends on the meaning of some other word, and so on, until in a cycle you return to the original word which cannot stand on its own--symbols they all are. Anyway, as Socrates said, the only good speech is when you tell the truth and you know what you are talking about. Obama has never given a good speech.
