I am sure that Obama truly believes that nothing is ever his fault because nothing is ever his idea in the first place. Obama isn't running the country. The people running Obama are runing the country. When the idea is good, he is allowed to take the credit but when the idea is bad, he is directed to point his bony fingers at everyone and everything away from himself.
