That being the case, one could also assume THAT FACT ALONE should deter a huge number of rape attempts. As for 'safe zones' and 'call boxes', my almost 8 year old granddaughter said what if she isn't close to a call boxbut if it was safe there would be no need for call box. I wonder how well she will be able to assess a situation when she gets to college?
