Only after college did I recognize that some of my professors had leaned left (one right, that I remember), but there were no attempts to prejudice the class towards say - Reagan or Carter or to a particular party or media. I realized in law school, when I had at least a little political knowledge, that one of my teachers had a strong liberal bent in his presentations, but it was consistent with a successful career pursuing that same view, so he had an argument. Other than that, I noticed nothing. My experience is from decades ago and it may be different now. Mike probably hears the worst cases but I'm glad he addresses them. Would he address a conservative bias in the same way? I doubt he would recognize it as a bias at all.
