And I do not agree with Iran being "heavily constrained at home." Is he referring to the regimes control of the government of Iran? I don't see any problem there for the current government there either. I think that he refers to what he claims is less revenue for the Iranian government because of the sanctions. I believe Iran is like our dear President in at least one way: I don't see him or Iran CHANGING. They try to make you change.
