Based on your previous comment you are not so naive to believe that all these guys that faught so hard to get there and who have now nice and warm places with huge future pencions and benefits would cut the branch that they are sitting on. Unfortunately our framers did not include it in the Constitution from the beginning. Now it will take as minimum a revolutution similar to what the framers have undertaken to get it into the Constitution.
