The media are simply helping Obama use free federal money and his fairy-dust Utopian promises to cement the Far Left's hold on gullible voters. That's tried and true leftist practice (see: Venezuela). But sharing blame for our predicament are the Republicans. They hold national responsibility for providing, and selling, a robust argument against socialism and other forms of anti-Constitutional, Far-Left policies. But nominating people like McCain and Romney is like taking a pocket knife to a gun fight. Republicans need a pound-on-the-table, clenched-fist, small-government activist who has a cogent plan for upholding the Constitution that he/she can sell to low-information voters. If such a leader exists, he/she has not yet stood up.
