I agree with you but Barack Obama was exactly the wrong president to deal with this generational African-American problem. Instead of trying to motivate them to stand up, take responsibility, and stop blaming the "white man" for all their problems Obama just encourages them to go on the welfare rolls! Perhaps, it's because he just wants their votes and doesn't give a fig about helping them to get jobs and grow sound families! So the blacks' "friend and savior" just turns out to be their enabler!
