Chicago is an easy problem to fix. Do these 4 things: 1. Vote Conservative or at least GOP. 2. Declare all gangs "Terrorists" (pass a city and/or state law doing this) and lock them up, all of them. If fired upon by a gang member, shoot to KILL! For those gang members arrested, follow Sheriff Joe's jail model of pink outfits and bologna sandwiches in tents behind razor wire. 3. Allow conceal carry for all law abiding citizens. Any thugs trying to rob, rape and just pillage will be in for a rude surprise. 4. Make those in any public housing pay just enough to make it hard to afford. Incentive to move out and do better. No more free rides.
