Unless we begin enforcing existing immigration laws, 856 trillion new laws are just so much aditional paper work for bureaucrats. We can't forget that every time a state or locality attempts to enforce existing immigration laws, the Holder Juck-Us department sues them for the effort. Unfortunately passing laws is far different from enforcing laws. Now days, the law is, "what you can get away with".
