I think Bloomburg is a know-it-all because he is rich. This appears to be a common disease among rich people. They appear to think, 'Hey, I'm rich. I must be smarter than other people.' Of course this is the thought carried by the crimminal element too. They think it means they are smarter because they are able to rob/maim/kill/rape other people. Liberals joined that group in the not too distant past.
