Mr. Campbell's arguments about the consequences of same-sex marriage are irrational. How does same-sex marriage affect religious liberty? There's nothing in the laws that say religious organizations have to like same-sex marriage or be forced to perform same-sex ceremonies. And there's nothing that says they can't speak out against it. The law only states that the government will recognize same-sex couples. That's it. Religious organizations may not like it, but in a free country we all have to live with things we don't like. That's what it means to be free and tolerant.
