It simply boggles the mind to hear this statement from Armstrong Williams. He's implying that American blacks have thus far failed to "Cultivate A Culture Of Entrepreneurship" because of a lack of catalystic support/advocacy from the Republican Party.
It makes no sense whatsover to lay this at the feet of the Republican Party, when the responsibility indubitably lies with the American Black Church.
