"If the Republican Party were to get their act and message together, they could be the catalyst for this movement." It simply boggles the mind to hear this statement from Armstrong Williams. He's implying that American blacks have thus far failed to "Cultivate A Culture Of Entrepreneurship" because of a lack of catalystic support/advocacy from the Republican Party. It makes no sense whatsover to lay this at the feet of the Republican Party, when the responsibility indubitably lies with the American Black Church. That's the same institution that stepped into the breach and piloted the victorious Civil Rights revolution.
