Before all of you throw said Volt under the bus, have any of you dirven one? or have even put your $ down and bought one? probably not, But I have! and I love it! I live on an island off the coast of N.E., and the only reason I have to by gas now, is because after you do not use any, (drive less than 40 miles a day) and not have to use the gasoline engine while driving, the computer in the car makes the engine run, so the gas does not get stale, and if not for that reason alone, I would not have had to buy any gas last yr! and then I have gone the whole yrs with just 102gals!!! and that is because I took a trip to Fla, and that is where I had to buy 1/2 of that! and got 40mpg on a 2400mile trip!, I have had no problems with the Volt!
