To clarify, I granted the argument about the injustices inherent in the current state of things. I question the choice of a "poster child" case and especially the choice to play on our emotions by the use of emotionally provocative terminology whereby a serious character flaw in the victim's personality is touted as a reason to give his case extra consideration.
