Ask any defense attorney , particularly those in "public defenders" offices, whose clints are not wealthy enough to obtain representation themselves - and you will undoubtably be told there are many eggregious actions by DA's following up on eggregious actions by police in the criminal law enforcement community. Civil law and regulatory prosecutions are perhaps even more eggregious because they do not even require proving intent to violate sometimes unbelievably arcane and often plain stupid regulations. "Conservatives" are perhaps the only politically active citizens who would even think about this problem and yet ewven they don't focus on actions to change things in this area as a high priority.
