To shed light into your dark corner--Jews and Hispanics are not "racial" groups; they are cultural groups. Hawkins may have misspoken when he said "racial" groups. What he seems to be referring to are cultural and political differences between discrete groups, and he did not say one was better than another, just that they were not homogeneous in their outlooks. There is a black subculture that denigrates education and learning, and a black subculture that values it. There are Asian subcultures that value education as critical to success, and those that don't. This is not prejudice, it's fact. These differences don't have to stand in the way of working with and appreciating other cultures, except for the liberal penchant for dividing people
