You are clueless as to the success of other GS troops. There are no fears in GS; 90% of female CEO's of major corporations were Girl Scouts. We train girls and young women to overcome fears and be successful especially in leadership. My troop funded their travels on cookie sales and we camped through Europe three summers and whitewater rafted four major (Class III & IV) rivers. What volunteerism do you do that is funded entirely on the the motivation of the youth? Probably nothing because you are too busy running your clueless mouth off on stupid website forums such as this! Turn off your computer, get out in the world and begin living a real life!
