This all could just be theatrics for public consumption also. I wouldn't be shocked if Graham and McCain got together with Panetta and Clinton before hand and said , hey, we are going to go tough on you but just play along and we will all get through this. We have to placate our supporters also so let us take a couple of shots at you. Goes on all the time.
