Larry -- Another excellent editorial. If Hellyweed were required to be honest and forthcoming in their depictions of clandestine government conspiracies, both real and imagined, along with a country and its military while under conservative rule, they would never get anything else done. I think back to all the Hellyweed epics of famous gunslingers and murderers, and how they were made to look like victims of circumstance and otherwise good guys caught up in a bad situation -- all because the big name actor playing them couldn't be made to look like a cold-blooded killer. Wouldn't be good for their reputation or future box office success. "Artistic license" is a science in southern Cal. Especially when depicting conservatives in power.
