Equality under the law does not mean equality skill, knowledge, ability nor of outcome. If a person does not have the total requisite SKAs for a job and another does. We should not settle for less. I want the best Doctor, Lawyer, and Soldier I can afford. I want to know that they are equipped, not just with the SKAs, but with the experience and tools to do the job. I DON'T want a "quota-filler" performing my surgery, arguing my case, or leading my squad into battle. Has anybody ever seen "Mr. Roberts?"
