With respect, this is one of Prof. Adams weaker efforts. I was expecting to be outraged...but this kind of thing has been mild since my own college days in the late 1970s.
It is a valid argument to state the taxpayers shouldn't be paying for these kids of things, just on fiscal grounds alone. But the headline makes it sound like something unbelievably sordid is going on, and it sounds like just more of the same self-important sexual revolution preachery that was en vogue when these professors were undergrads.
Stick to the real problems. This is just ho-hum.
