The crux of the union problem. They work for themselves, not the rank and file. The rank and file are the ones earning the paycheck that the dues are derived from. When there is a strike, it is the rank and file that have no paycheck but a crummy $50 a week strike pay (assuming they picket)...Union brass lose nothing on a strike unless it lasts long enough for th union funds to be gone..Unions creat NO jobs. Unions do NOT hire the workers. The union is nothing more than a parasite, that gets its nourishment from its host..the employer, and the employee. It is a wonder that they have lasted as long as they have...People need every penny they make, now..and do not want to give a chunk of it to a union..
