Ruth Bader Ginsberg is an old old woman. She is known for falling asleep in court. If she dies while hearing a case, who would know it? Still, she is extremely liberal in her attitudes. Can Obama find someone who is as radical to replace her? Maybe. Is she still cognitive enough to make decisions that affect our federal laws? Maybe, maybe not. It may be a long time before a Conservative president has a chance to put a judge on the Supreme Court, but we can only hope that Roberts will hang in there and remain at least a little conservative. The Obamacare decision wasn't the one we all hoped for and challenges are still out there before the court. There may still be hope for Roberts to redeem his conservative soul.
