Better get used to this, this is normal for green energy. They call them rolling brown outs, but it’s just a fancy was of saying they can’t produce enough power to fill the needs. Or maybe the wind quit blowing for 35 minutes last night, shutting down the main source of power, since the sun wasn’t shining, the solar panels were not working either. Or their smart meter sent an alarm to some drone sitting at the power control counsel, alarming that the stadium had used it’s period allotment, so he shut off half their source. To save the planet. This is how the govt runs things.
