Dear Mr. Payne, Can you address the real problem with black on black violence? It stems back to the liberal public housing efforts. The elite liberals wanted to "help" out the black poor but didn't want them in their neighborhood. They created low income housing in depressed parts of the city that had no jobs or opportunities but where hidden and far away from the do good-ers. The liberals in their divide and conquer strategy also displayed the black man as lazy who don't want to work. A liberal can't survive unless they make enemies of us all after all.
