Kenesaw, Georgia: Every head of household has been required to own a gun for the past 20 years. Homicide rates by guns have fallen to near zero. Crimes against property and against persons are substantially lowerr than they were before the law was passed and substantially lower than in other comparably sized towns in the state. The downside of those limits is that it has zero effect on crime and there is a huge increase in the federal government tracking citizens. And it happens to be an infringement of our Constitiution.
