Though a moral hazard, as you so correctly identify it traitorbill, it can nevertheless be so much more moral in electing to office those of "good" character. Sadly, and tragically, just look at who all those Dem/Prog/Lib cabal members are, and what states and locales they come from. It shows a very crisp division between good and evil.
