Bill, what does "viable babies are human beings" mean? And who decides what "viable" means? When exactly is a baby "viable"? According to the Catholic Church (and scientific consensus) as soon as the sperm enters the ovum, a living human being exists! Tiller was wrong for pushing this question to the point of birth, and you are wrong for pushing it to some nebulous point after conception, but before birth. The word "viable" is Roe speak to accommodate making value judgments on human life.
