I would further remove "benefits" other than vacation time from employment. Switch all employees over to full pay based on the value of their current benefits, and only negotiate salary and vacation time. Everyone purchases their own insurances, etc. according to their own needs and moral compass. Businesses no longer need take social stances on issues, thereby removing the incentive to boycott or otherwise interrupt day to day interactions. No forcing immoral mandates on religious -based institutions, etc.
