Yes, you daugher-in-law, would have to return home to wait for the waiver and a visa, but there is a way. Meanwhile, how about you having some "human understanding" that most of the illegal aliens in this country are doing great harm to AMERICANS, either directly (many murderers and rapists) or indirectly by stealling jobs, committing SS theft and fraud, and evading taxes. Moreover, if amnestied, just who is going to PAY for the services low wage workers use. You? Your son? You apparently can't afford to hire someone to care for your son and relying on his wife to do it.
