While I agree with Mr. Kudlow that reduced government spending is both desireable and necessary, the sequester is the LEAST effective way to implement such a reduction--imposed indiscrimately, regardless of the desireability of a given program. Far better that the Congress pass Appropriations Bills which achieve the goals of the sequester in terms of reductions, but with appropriate consideration by the Congress.
