Nope.. a dictator doesn't have a court system to overrule him. And uses terror/fear to impose his will.. generally using a police force reporting just to him to make sure folks are doing as their told. We do NOT have: 1) a co-opted justice system; 2) a terror oriented secret police; We still have: freedom to criticize the government either verbally or in print. Until all these things are otherwise, we do NOT have a dictator. I understand your frustration.. I really do.. but lets keep some perspective here.
