Well, you can always count on a conservative to say something like "the source of your confusion is that you can't acknowledge any truth that doesn't fit your predetermined world view", right before launching into a stock litany of complaints that don't address the point. The point is: You conservatives complain that it's so UNFAIR that liberals get to stay in office, be liked like Clinton, etc, but conservatives like Larry Craig go away forever. The issue isn't excuses. The issue is that the liberal base ignores your accusations of rape against Clinton and still like him, while conservatives are in no hurry to rally behind Craig. If you think this is a symptom of how evil/whatever the liberal base is, fine. But how is it UNFAIR?
