This is among the worst things I have ever read. As an adopted child (now an adult), I know that my parents would have killed the first person to even try to take me from them (and the next one, and the next one...). Once a parent has adopted a child, that's it. It's a done deal. An unbreakable bond has been formed, and to violate that bond is to violate the laws of nature and nature's God. I can not think of an invective foul enough to curse those who invented this law and those who enforce it.
