The 2nd amendment is about the rights of state militias so stop inventing nonsense. "A WELL REGULATED MILITIA.........". After numerous uprisings like Shays and the Whiskey rebellion , federalists like A Hamilton wrote about the need to have militias to STOP anti govt uprisings, NOT to CREATE them.
