I wouldn't buy a toaster that only works 66 percent of the time, and it's a stupid toaster, not a stupid public school teacher. I sure as heck wouldn't pay a premium for it. Btw, parents who care will still pay to have their kids educated. The difference is that instead of writing a check to a government bureaucracy, they write a check to the school. Without massive taxes, they'd be able to better afford it.
