When discussing common sense restrictions on Freedom of the Press, does anyone ask "why does NBC News need to play edited tapes to make people sound like racists; or why they need to make mass murderers famous, thereby promoting more mass murders?" After all, the Founders certainly never envisioned radio, television, cable & satellite tv, the Internet and the 24-hour news cycle. Oh wait. I forgot. It's only okay to restrict religious freedom, the right to self-defense, the right of the people to be secure in their persons/houses/papers/effects - you know, the rights that protect us from the so-called intellectuals & elites.
