It is always difficult to tell if the global scam is talking about warming or man caused warming. In all cases CO2 is not the culprit, as the warming it can cause is minor and maxed out. Banning carbon is nuts, since we are carbon based life forms. Banning carbon will kill all life on Earth except some chemotrophs.
