You are correct, the maximum weight may be exceeded if the body fat content is low enough. http://www.apd.army.mil/pdffiles/r600_9.pdf BTW, these tables calculate my body fat at 34% while the Navy tables put me at 23%, Covert-Bailey at 22.3% which matches my resistive scales all that varies depending on how recently I've had a bowel movement. I can pass the weight limitation for young studs and easily pass the body fat standards for old geezers [I'm collecting Sociable Insecurity] As far as fighting mano a mano, just remember age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill. A sophisticated arsenal places a premium on brains over brawn.
